Retrofit independent heater of the latest Webasto version installed as a training system.
The functional model offers the possibility of switching on faults via an integrated error circuit. Resistances, voltages and currents can be measured with a multimeter or oscilloscope using the supplied training measuring station with suitable circuit diagram support. For this purpose, an interface for practice measuring stations is built into the front panel of the base. If available, the original Webasto diagnostic device can be connected for troubleshooting.
All operating elements and components are visibly mounted on the front panel. A removable transparent plastic cover prevents accidental contact with hot components during operation. The fuel tank is located at the rear of the model and is easily accessible for filling with fuel. The functional model parking heater is available as either a petrol or diesel model.
The functional model is designed as a tabletop model and can be used for measurement exercises in classrooms. A mobile frame is used for commissioning and transporting the functional model. Due to the fact that the auxiliary heater is NOT emission-free, it may only be started outdoors or in rooms with a properly functioning exhaust gas extraction system.
Power is supplied either by a stabilised 12 volt laboratory power pack or a conventional 12 volt 60 ampere vehicle battery.
