Mechanical components such as gears, pinion shafts and taper roller bearings are protected by a high-quality coating to prevent corrosion. Individual parts are also made of stainless steel. The cut edges of the gearbox are color-coded (yellow). The gearbox housing is specially painted for exhibits. The gearbox is already mounted on an aluminium plate with carrying handles and four rubberized feet, so that the model can be transported and set up safely.

The system has been developed exclusively for didactic use. Not suitable for filling with lubricants and also not for operation in realistic applications.
