The model Transport and Sorting Line with 3-Axis-Portal is a combination of the two standard models Transport and Sorting Line (with 4 discharge stations) and the 3-Axis-Portal and is especially fit to be used for presentations in exhibitions and at trade fairs. Information about the simulation processes of the two single models is available on the corresponding data sheets. In a closed circuit demonstration the simulated process shows the parcels of the Transport and Sorting Line being continuously brought back from the discharge stations to the store register: The process starts with the parcels being in the store register of the Transport and Sorting Line. The Transport and Sorting Line executes its customary operation.

After the first parcel being brought to the discharge station, that it is addicted to, the signal of the referring reflection light switch starts the robot from its waiting position above the Transport and Sorting Line. The robot returns the parcel into the store register of the Transport and Sorting Line. After this the robot is moving to the next occupied discharge station. Thus all parcels being already sorted are brought back to the store register and a circuit is being closed.
