The carousel tool changer with eight tool positions and the automatic central lubrication system ensure a smooth workflow and minimise downtimes. All linear guides are fitted with stainless steel covers to ensure a long service life and protection against contamination.
The high-quality SIEMENS main spindle motor and servo drives in all axes ensure maximum precision thanks to a closed control loop. A practical spindle speed of up to 10,000 min-¹ also ensures flexible machining for a wide range of materials, such as those used in training. The integrated 8-position turret tool changer enables the programming and use of a wide variety of tools. Tools are changed fully automatically or at the touch of a button thanks to the electro-pneumatic tool clamping device. A portable electronic handwheel fitted as standard, with enabling switch and emergency stop switch, also makes it easier to run in and test programmes manually. The automatic coolant system with a 70-litre tank ensures optimum temperature management during machining.
