For training and industrial machining
The machine is ready to train a new generation of machining experts. In the modern manufacturing world, it is known for its user-friendliness and good ergonomics.
Uncompromising precision
The precision of this machine guarantees excellent machining results in modern training. A modern machine tool fulfils its purpose when dimensionally accurate machining is achieved effortlessly.
Accuracy down to the last detail:
- Stable, low-vibration cast construction
- Heavy-duty spindle bearings
- As standard: orientated spindle support for precise thread cutting without a compensating chuck
Built for precision
All components are manufactured in Germany - guaranteeing consistently high quality. Ground guides ensure good sliding properties and hand-scraped surfaces of the counter guides keep the oil film stable. This means a very long service life for the machine. It goes without saying that the machine offers the user the best possible handling. The working area is freely accessible and the handwheels are particularly ergonomically arranged. The simple and clear design ensures that components and functions are immediately recognisable. All working areas of the machine are easily accessible.
Easy maintenance
The machine's main units are arranged for easy maintenance with direct access at the rear. You also benefit from automatic centralised lubrication for all axes and the vertical milling head.
Active digital display as standard
The 3-axis digital display guarantees absolute ease of use. It enables the user to precisely position the chain dimension (incremental) and the distance dimension (absolute). The best requirements for quick success in training and simple solutions in production - even for more complex tasks.
Equipment highlights:
- Vertical milling head can be swivelled by +/- 90°, can be extended by 60 mm with quill
- Milling head arm can be moved by 100 mm (Y-axis)
- 3-axis digital display for positioning the chain dimension (incremental) and the line dimension (absolute). All machine functions such as infinitely variable feed, rapid traverse, creep feed, motor brake on/off, spindle start/spindle stop can be selected.
- Rigid angle table 600 x 240 mm max. load 200 kg
- Working ranges: X-axis 300 mm, Y-axis 160 mm, Z-axis 340 mm, milling head on Y-axis additionally movable 100 mm Working range X - Y increases to 300 x 260 mm
- Direct path measuring systems in all axes. Positioning accuracy 0.005 mm.
- Infinitely variable, digital feed in all axes. Feed range: 0 - 500 rpm. Rapid traverse: 1.5 m/min
- Trapezoidal thread spindles: with relieving grooved drive shaft in the Z-axis for sensitive manual operation.
- Tool holder ISO 40 DIN69871 with manual tool clamping, M16 tightening thread. Optionally according to DECKEL standard S 20x2 saw thread.
- Horizontal milling spindle
- Manual, mechanical safety handwheels with scale ring in all axes.
- Stable guides scraped in by hand
- Overload protection
- Automatic centralised lubrication for all axes and the vertical milling head
- Space-saving coolant tank integrated in the stand
- Z-axis protective bellows (standard with Christiani)
- LED machine light (standard with Christiani)
- Chip tray in the base (standard with Christiani)
- Machine feet can be levelled (standard with Christiani)
- Incl. commissioning and brief instruction in Germany (electrical connection and transfer required)
