The new training stand is in addition to the teaching system heat pump with solar thermal and photovoltaic. The training stand S7 presents the processes and functions of a modern pellet heating system with original components.
Ideal in combination with the training stands S4 (buffer storage tank) and S1 (floor heating) or S2 (fan heating).
This high-tech teaching system enables you to convey a basic knowledge of biomass heating systems and a specialist knowledge of pellet heating systems clearly and effectively. Heat is generated via a heating cartridge, which means that no waste gas discharge is required.
Didactically designed pellet heating system with all major components and functions:
- Sectioned combustion chamber for easy access to processes and sequences
- No real combustion process, therefore no waste gas discharge required
- Heat generation in the boiler circuit via heating cartridge; all other processes (hydraulic and electrical) are identical to those in the real-life operation of a pellet heating system
- Switchable sensors: Real measured values or simulation of various operating states via potentiometer
- The pellet heating training stand is used as a heat source and can be combined with a storage tank (coupling component) and a heat sink (fan heating system or underfloor heating)
- Understanding of system-technical conditions of pellet heating systems and the central burner technology
- Knowledge of the energetic, electrical, hydraulic and control engineering operating conditions of a wood pellet heating system
- Ability to plan, install and service the electrical supply conditions of a wood pellet heating system
- ability to establish electrical connections for the main circuits of the electrical operating components according to available plans
- Ability to wire all sensors and actuators of the electrical control technology of a wood pellet heating system according to plan and to set them correctly on the controller
- Ability to correctly design and control the electrical and hydraulic safety requirements at the training stand
- Consulting competence on the energetic situation of a heat source, which is supplied by a wood pellet heating system
- Basic knowledge of the physical processes in the burner area of a wood pellet heating system
- Understanding the simulated combustion processes of wood pellets in a pellet heating system
- Ability to set the optimum operating parameters on the heating control system based on customer requirements and environmental protection
- Systematic action for commissioning a wood pellet heating system
- Skills for action-oriented planning, installation and commissioning of pellet heating systems
- Ability to generate test reports on pellet heating systems
- Competence for the metrological recording and evaluation of electrical and hydraulic processes in pellet heating systems
- Knowledge of the terms and of the operating equipment of pellet heating systems
- Ability to evaluate electrical and hydraulic measured values in pellet heating systems and to plan process changes based on these values.
- Understanding of control, hydraulic and energy optimisation of circulating pumps in heating systems with pellet burners
- Competence for the optimization of energetic processes in heating systems with pellet burners and other renewable energy sources
