Energy supply columns enable safe and efficient work and supply the work stations with everything that is needed there. The connections of the energy columns can be combined individually so that the appropriate connections for the training stands and teaching systems are available.
The energy column consists of a powder-coated support plate made of 2 mm Zincore (RAL colour as desired), which is set in grooved extruded profile. A connection to already existing module fields is possible here.
2 lines with water meter for hot and cold water, each with a solenoid valve for media release per workstation. 2 lines with supply and return heating, each with a 24 kW heat exchanger for circuit separation in the primary and secondary circuits. 2 gas lines, each with a single-pipe gas meter and mounting plate. 1 line of drinking water with division into 4 lines; all pipes in 22 mm copper and one water pipe to the tap in 15 mm copper All lines are equipped with suitable solenoid valves above for release via the electrical box. 16 analogue thermometers, 2 analogue pressure gauges, 16 additional temperature gauges, 4 surface-mounted cold water meters, 2 surface-mounted hot water meters, 3 outlet valves with pipe aerators, 2 laboratory gas sockets, 2 GSBF blending valves. 2 electrical switch boxes with the following equipment are located on each energy column: 1 x 230 V 16 A CEE socket with hinged cover 1 x 230 V Schuko blue with hinged cover 5 switches with operation indicator for media release at the workplace 1 mushroom emergency stop switch lockable in ring connection with the room emergency stop loop 1 lamp for operational readiness E-box
