Compact heat pump model
Visualisations of individual components with many accessories

Item No.: 101962

Discover our compact model for a simple explanation of the functional principle and the decisive components of a heat pump system. In addition to the core phases of the refrigeration cycle - evaporation, compression, condensation and expansion - it also illustrates the essential components of a heat pump system. These include the receiver, the filter drier and the pressostat.

Operation

After the tanks have been filled with tap water and the model has been electrically connected (via Schuko plug for conventional 230V socket), the heat pump is ready for operation. Both trainees and pupils have the opportunity to learn how a heat pump works in a practical way. Thanks to the compact design and the accompanying didactic materials, the model can be used flexibly both in theory and in practice.

Modern measuring technology records and visualises the decisive parameters of temperature and pressure that are important for the operation of a heat pump. The measured values can then be evaluated and interpreted with the help of the didactic documents provided. In this way, the learners gain a deep understanding of the processes in the refrigeration cycle and of heat pump technology as a whole. Our model is characterised by compact dimensions and a robust frame, which allows for a variety of uses. This helps to convey the complex heat pump technology in an easily understandable way and to make the training more effective overall. The flexible use of the model enables structured and efficient training.

Technology and the environment

It is of particular importance for trainees and apprentices to gain a sound understanding of how heat pumps work, as this technology has a significant impact on the energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental friendliness of heating and cooling systems. Achieving climate targets is only possible through the use of environmentally friendly technologies, with decarbonisation playing a crucial role in heating technology. For this reason, the heat pump is considered the heating system of the future. Therefore, it is of great importance to comprehensively convey this knowledge in education and training.

Heat pump education is crucial as this technology has a significant impact on the energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental friendliness of heating and cooling systems. In order to achieve climate targets, the heat pump is the heating of the future. Therefore, it is essential to teach this technology comprehensively in education and training.

Practice

A sound understanding of the functional principle of the heat pump is the key to successful planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heat pump systems. An optimal combination of theory and practice is essential to ensure a sound understanding of this innovative technology.
