Documents for the Trainee

French
Item No.: 97763

The "Maintenance" course is based on general principles of maintenance technology and on the training framework plans of many metalworking professions, which address the transfer of basic qualifications to concrete operational tasks. The contents are based on DIN 31051 and are divided into the areas of maintenance, inspection and repair.
Central areas of responsibility are included:

  • Properties and use of machine elements such as screws and screw locks, bearings, axles and shafts, couplings, seals
  • Marking and selection of lubricants
  • Use of manufacturer-specific documentation for maintenance, inspection and repair

A further focus is the systematic approach to troubleshooting and fault elimination. With the help of a flow chart, operational situations are illustrated and analysed by way of examples. The trainees develop a guideline for determining an exact error pattern; they test and optimise this taking into account typical operational disturbances.
Working documents consisting of tasks, information on common machine elements as well as instructions and work instructions for their assembly and disassembly. Guidelines for self-control and evaluation.
Processing time: approx. 2 weeks
