Documents for the Trainee DIGITAL

Spanish - Annual License
Item No.: 41421

The training course "Mechanical Materials Processing - Turning Part" deals with the machining production processes of turning in accordance with the training framework plans for metal professions (Lfd. No. 12 c "Turning"). The various turning skills such as centering, drilling, thread production, taper turning, knurling and deburring are dealt with in detail. A further focus is on the lathes and their functions as well as the professional operation, testing and setting of the machine functions. Furthermore the tools and the alignment and clamping of tools and workpieces are described.

Various project tasks are dealt with in 12 practical exercises, each with work information, parts lists and work planning forms as well as control and evaluation sheets. The exercises are structured according to the lead text method and follow the model of the complete action. They are therefore particularly conducive to action and social competence. The exercises can be worked on both inpidually and in groups.

Working documents for the course, consisting of 12 practical exercises, information on filming, guidance text exercises with work planning and self-assessment, control and assessment sheets and learning success checks.

Duration: 5 weeks
