The training course "Machine-based Material Processing - Part: Milling" deals with the machining production processes of milling. The different milling processes such as face milling, circumferential face milling, face circumferential face milling and longitudinal profile milling are dealt with in detail. Another focus is on the milling machines and their functions as well as the correct operation, testing and setting of the machine functions. Furthermore, the tools and the alignment and clamping of tools and workpieces are described.
