The equipment set is used to teach practical applications of a simple electrohydraulic position control circuit. Only components that meet industry standards and are specially prepared for use in the training area are used. The equipment set is coordinated with the „Analogue position control loop“ exercise book. The exercises with the listed components can be carried out on the Hydraulix 300 workstation.

  • determine characteristic values and derive characteristic curves from them,
  • Recognise the problems and disadvantages of open control,
  • Understand the function and meaning of a controller setting,
  • Recognise the advantages of a regulation,
  • Practise commissioning and optimising an electrohydraulic position control loop with variable loads.
