SinuTrain supports from version 4.95 the sidescreen of SINUMERIK Operate in its basic functions.
SINUMERIK Operate combines the familiar HMI-Advanced, ShopMill and ShopTurn under a consistent, innovative operator and programming interface.
SINUMERIK Operate is clearly arranged, intuitive to use and equipped with a wide range of new, powerful functions. This makes it possible to combine work-step and high-level language programming under one user interface, thus enabling very fast, rational and intuitive NC programming and work preparation.
Intelligent functions support the operator in the simplest way in his daily work.
SINUMERIK Operate is also a new standard in user-friendliness when it comes to graphical support.
When setting up a workpiece, the measurement is clearly and vividly displayed by animated elements.

CNC programs created with SinuTrain for SINUMERIK Operate can be used on real machines.

configuration of the machine. The adaptation can either be done by the user with the
configuration tool, which can be purchased separately for OEMs, or by means of an orderable
service that can be ordered.

User profile
To install SinuTrain, you need administrator rights.
In addition to the purchase of the software, a 12-month software maintenance must be purchased (item no. 101624). After expiry of this period, you will receive an optional offer to extend the software maintenance.
The delivery takes place without software on data medium, here the customers receive a download link with reference to the GTAC download server in the context of the delivery.
The functional range is activated with the appropriate license key depending on the order. To protect against unauthorized copying, SinuTrain uses the Automation License Manager (ALM).
The presence of an "old" SinuTrain license key in the ALM serves as proof of purchase of a SinuTrain license and is a requirement for all update versions.
The USB stick and the license number encryption also include whether the license is a single license or a classroom license (with number of PC seats).
