The new SINUMERIK operator interface is now even clearer and more intuitive. SINUMERIK Operate combines the familiar HMI-Advanced, ShopMill and ShopTurn under one consistent, innovative operator and programming interface. SINUMERIK Operate is clearly arranged, intuitive to use and equipped with a wide range of new, powerful functions. This makes it possible to combine work step and high-level language programming under one user interface and thus to achieve very fast, rational and intuitive NC programming and work preparation.
Intelligent functions support the operator in the simplest way in his daily work.
SINUMERIK Operate is also a new standard in user-friendliness when it comes to graphic support. When setting up a workpiece, the measurement is clearly and vividly displayed by animated elements.
Complex workpieces can be manufactured in a single setup thanks to simple and fast handling. Different kinematics are easy to set up.
Machining recording or simulation can be activated and displayed if desired.

CNC programs created with SinuTrain for SINUMERIK Operate can be used on real machines. However, this requires an adaptation of SinuTrain to the SINUMERIK configuration of the machine. The adaptation can either be performed by the user with the configuration tool, which can be purchased separately for OEMs, or by means of a service that can be ordered.
Several different configurations can be saved in SinuTrain for SINUMERIK Operate, so that even a larger machine park can be served. To ensure maximum compatibility with different SINUMERIK software versions on the machine, SinuTrain for SINUMERIK Operate can be installed several times in the associated software versions on a PC.
