The training course "Manual Material Processing" deals with manual metal-cutting production processes in accordance with the training framework for metalworking professions (current no. 11 "Manual Metal-Cutting").

The skills of filing, sawing, drilling, countersinking, reaming, chiselling, thread production, marking and punching are taught in detail. A further focus is on the training contents (Volume No. 9 of the training regulations "Testing, marking and labelling"). The following sections are devoted to materials science, occupational safety and environmental protection.

Theoretical knowledge of the course "Manual Materials Processing", consisting of seven individual text volumes with colored pictures and graphics. At least one set of text volumes is required for approx. 3-5 trainees.

Duration: Approx. 14 weeks

You can access your digital content via the Christiani learning portal C-LEARNING. CLEARNING is browser-based, so it can be accessed regardless of the device used and without installing an app. Trainers and teachers as well as their trainees and students can access the platform at the same time, which is state-of-the-art in terms of security and user-friendliness.

Annual licence: Allows access to C-LEARNING for a period of one year and is automatically renewed. Written termination at the end of the subscription year is possible at any time.
