Christiani functional motors: State-of-the-art technology for your training

Our Christiani functional engines are mounted on a mobile frame made of high-strength aluminum profile and offer maximum mobility and stability. The intuitive control panel on the front integrates all the essential control elements: instrument cluster, fuse block (if original cannot be used), ignition starter switch, emergency stop switch and an OBD interface.

Optimal working environment

Below the interface plate is a pull-out shelf that is perfect for measuring devices, laptops or work documents. This creates an organized and efficient working environment.

High-tech remaining bus simulation

Our training stands have an innovative residual bus simulation that ensures the perfect functioning and diagnostic capability of the engine control unit. This technology enables you to create training conditions even without installed drive components.

Quality and safety

The functional motors from Christiani stand for the highest quality, functionality and safety. All rotating components and assemblies with high operating temperatures are protected against accidental contact. All components used are original parts from the respective manufacturers, which ensures maximum reliability.

Exemplary superstructures

The illustrated superstructures show examples of previously manufactured functional engines and training stands. Due to the emissions of a combustion engine, use is only permitted outdoors or in rooms with an exhaust extraction system that complies with regulations.

Expandable functions

Our functional motors can be optionally equipped with a wide range of functions to optimally meet your training requirements:

1. fault circuit:

The optional fault circuit can be used to simulate up to 30 different electrical faults in the engine control unit, the voltage supply system, the fuel injection system and the fuel supply system. This enables realistic learning situations and

effective troubleshooting.

2. component simulation:

The optional component simulation shows different operating states and emergency running characteristics. By manipulating individual sensors, the reaction of the engine management system can be precisely reproduced.

3. interface for exercise measuring stations:

There is an optional interface on the lower front panel that can be used to connect up to 12 exercise measuring stations. This enables centralized measurements and increases the efficiency of your training.

4. test boxes with test adapter:

Optional test boxes and test adapters allow the measurement and diagnosis of all system-relevant signals and voltage values. Parallel measuring adapters enable disassembly-free measurement even in hard-to-reach places.

5. measuring points for faulty components:

Installation of measuring points with strain relief on faulty components in 4mm or 2mm. Configuration according to your requirements.
