Training Stand Ignition Systems TSZH, TSZI and RUH

Item No.: 77403

The training was made from original parts of various vehicles (Volkswagen, Ford, GM). Particular emphasis was placed on the as realistic as possible representation of the components and their connections. Thus, measurements, error simulation and error search can be performed as in a conventional vehicle.

Transistor ignition with Hall transmitter (TSZH), transistor ignition with inductive generator (TSZI) and static high voltage distribution (RUH) are built up. From each component, the connections are made with 4 mm safety sockets facing forward. Each connection is labeled with the terminal designations according to DIN 72522 or, depending on the design, with the designations of the respective original circuit diagram. All measuring points are used for working with an oscilloscope and multimeter on the front side and are therefore easily accessible. The components and components are wired via a 4 mm safety laboratory cable.

The cabinet with lockable wing doors also serves as a storage space for the measuring instruments or optional accessories. The mobile structure consists of a high-strength aluminum profile with 4 lockable heavy-duty steering rollers. Wiring diagrams and work documents are included in the scope of supply.

Wiring diagrams and work documents are included in the scope of supply.

Connectivity: Multimeter, oscilloscope, stroboscope.
