This training stand has been developed for practical use in automotive mechatronics training in the areas of CAN-LIN-Bus, central electrical system, Climatronic control, airbag and comfort system.
An integrated fault circuit with 20 faults allows troubleshooting in electrical connections and practical work with standard workshop measuring instruments and diagnostic systems. In addition, further errors can be switched in the CAN data bus 8 to enable troubleshooting in data communication between the various ECUs.
The cable connections between control units and installed components correspond to the original wiring diagram of the respective original vehicle. The connectors were left in their original condition.
All connections provided with error circuitry are provided with 4mm measuring sockets led out and labelled according to the original designation. The functional model has a vehicle-specific OBD interface for connection to diagnostic devices. Readout of fault memories of built-in control units and coding of functions according to manufacturer specifications is possible.
