This functional model can be used to illustrate and examine functions and processes, faults and measured values as on the original brake system with vehicle dynamics control. The fully functional ABS/ESP brake system illustrates the various operating and control states. All original parts and required components are clearly arranged on the colour-printed front panel according to the IPO principle.

  • Arrangement in IPO principle: input - processing - output.
  • Driving dynamics control on the basis of VW Golf 6 original components used, with electric power steering, measurement of all relevant parts and components in the central circuit diagram measuring field via 4 mm safety measuring sockets. Mobile set-up for use in the lab and workshop with base cabinet and lockable doors.

Functional model ready to use incl. electromechanical power steering, voltage stabilised 12 volt switching power supply, vacuum pump, data sheets, wiring diagrams, manual and operating instructions.
