CAN bus controlled training stand with the option of simulating all operational situations in the training room. The original WABCO EBS-ECU allows real operating states to be simulated with the option of activating faults. The system can be ordered as a pure tractor unit or in combination with a trailer. Only original components are fitted in the system.
The modular system structure allows students to gradually become accustomed to the field of commercial vehicle braking systems. The flexible connections between the components ensure maximum freedom when structuring and presenting the course content concerning compressed-air brakes. The construction of the components makes the training stand future-proof, as new technologies such as ABS, TCS, EBS etc. can easily be incorporated into the existing system.
The training stand can always be modified to meet the current state of the art. The differently coloured compressed-air lines support a clearly structured test set-up. Depending on the equipment fitted, different testers or presentation programs are available. Besides the existing standard system modules, individual compilations are also possible. The size of the training stand has been matched to the size of a conventional 80 cm door. This allows the set-up to be moved around a building without causing problems so that it can be used at various locations.
