mMS Station Pick-to-Light
Teaching System Stand-Alone or Integrated in a mMS System

With the mMS Pick-to-Light station, you can optimise manual production processes outside the production environment under real conditions. The station can be operated either in stand-alone mode or coupled to a higher-level system, for example the mMS Sorting System Compact 4.0.

Our mMS Pick-to-Light station, was developed especially for the didactic context and teaches the learners, how the human worker can also be integrated and effectively used in the production of the future.

People are an indispensable part of production even in the automated world. Particularly in the batch size 1 production environment, the assembler has to adapt very quickly to a new product to be manufactured, product to be manufactured.

Depending on the composition, the assembler is shown by a light signal which materials he has to remove. The production process is then shown to him on an iPad via animation. After each step, the assembler acknowledges his work. At the end of the production process, he receives feedback on his working speed.

With our solution, you get a fully operational assembly station. The higher-level software is pre-installed on a mini PC. The system is delivered pre-configured and programmed.
