The function module automatic assembly machine has the task of joining or
assembling workpieces. After inserting the workpieces, the workpiece holder
transports the parts to be processed into the work area.
The safety door then
closes and the joining cylinder begins to extend. After the assembly process of
the cube halves, the safety door opens, the joined workpieces are pushed out of
the working area and are ready for further transport.
Due to the safety door,
the assembly machine has a working area closed on all sides during the machining
process, but the safety walls made of plexiglass allow the joining process to be
observed.
The operating pressure is 4 bar, the operating voltage is 24
VDC.
