Christiani Industry Model Flexible Process Line
with 3 Machine Tools and 3-Axis-Portal

The model Flexible Process Line with 3-axis-portal is a combination of the two standard models and is especially fit to be used for presentations in exhibitions and at trade fairs. Information about the simulation processes of the two single models is available on the corresponding data sheets.

In a closed circuit demonstration the simulated process shows the work pieces of the flexible process line being continuously brought back from the discharge station to the lay-in-station: The process starts with the work pieces being at the lay-in-station of the flexible process line. The flexible process line executes its customary operation. After the first “finished” work piece being brought to the discharge station, the signal of the one way light barrier starts the robot from its base position above the flexible process line. The robot returns the work piece to the lay-in-station of the flexible process line. Following this, the robot is waiting for the next “finished” work piece in its base position. Thus all work pieces being already “machined” are brought back to the lay-in-station and a circuit is being closed.
