The new teaching system EDUSAFE from Christiani, supports you optimally in imparting knowledge about machine safety. It is the ideal way to prepare your trainees, students or employees for the new requirements on safety functions for machines and machine systems in the industrial sector according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1 for use with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Of course, the EDUSAFE training system can also be used to set up and test safety functions using the categories according to DIN EN 954-1.
As a central element of the EDUSAFE training system, TRISAFE can represent all common safety circuits up to SIL3 or performance level E as a programmable safety switching device. The safety relay can be configured using the free SAFECONF software via drag & drop. The configuration software is equipped with a large help library, with the help of which even inexperienced users can quickly familiarise themselves with the topic:
- Single and dual-channel emergency stop circuits
- Single and dual-channel guard door monitoring, with and without interlock
- Operating mode selection with locking of the set operating mode and manual acknowledgement of the operating mode
- Evaluation of three-stage enabling switches
