Teaching system for the subject area - Electrical machines Part: Hard-Wired PLC Conventional control of three-phase motors - Basics of electromechanics
Automated systems are an integral part of our industry and thus, of course, also of the vocational training of electronics technicians!
This modular teaching system can be used to teach the basics of drive technology and hard-wired PLC.
The teaching system hard-wired PLC and its individual training boards are suitable for teaching the fundamentals of
- Hard-Wired PLC
- Drive technology
- Electromechanics
With the help of the experiment instructions, the circuits mentioned (see learning objectives) can be set up and examined in a laboratory environment. For this purpose, we recommend a laboratory table with A4 experiment frames.
Notes:
- The experiment instructions matching this learning board set are available separately (see: Documents).
- In addition to the exercises mentioned above, there are also some experiments on the residual current circuit breaker in the experiment instructions. In order to perform these experiments, you will need training board 98151 "Residual current circuit breaker" (See: Variant), or the experiments can also be performed on existing devices.
Training board Power supply 24 V / 4.2 A
- 24 V DC / 100 W with overvoltage protection and short-circuit protection to supply the control voltage bus.
- The power supply can be integrated into the circuit design via the low-voltage bus.
- 19 mm jumper plug (without center tap): 1 x red, 1 x blue
A4 training board for use in an A4 experiment frame, e.g. at a laboratory bench.
The structure and design of the Christiani training boards provide excellent clarity, which is achieved by spatially separated and conspicuously color-coded voltage ranges.
