The workstation is ideally suited for training on the topics of switching, proportional, control and mobile hydraulics.
There is a grid on both sides of the mobile workstation to which the hydraulic components can be securely attached. The double-sided workstation is designed for 2-6 trainees. The hydraulic unit used has two pumps with flow-pressure regulators (load-sensing), which means that exercises can be carried out independently on both sides. A switch box with ON button, motor protection switch and 2 sockets is installed at the workstation. The power supply to the workstation is provided by a mains cable. In addition, each workstation side has an emergency stop button. Self-sealing coupling plugs on the P/T/X distributor enable the workstations to be supplied with pressurised fluid through simple, low-leakage handling. The built-in container made of powder-coated sheet steel is equipped with 5 fully extendable drawers. The measuring glasses made of acrylic glass with scale are equipped with an aeration and deaeration valve, an overflow line and a stopcock. This enables safe use and protects against overflow and excess pressure. There is space for up to 50 hydraulic hoses in the hose rack. The arrangement of the hoses prevents the pressure fluid from leaking. The integrated oil pan is suitable for storing small parts or tools. The side-mounted, swivelling load unit is equipped with a weight of 15 kg. This load unit can be used to perform exercises for pulling and pushing loads on cylinders. All moving parts are safely enclosed in a protective housing.
