Teaching System Power Electronics
with Motor Board and Stepping Board

Item No.: 54733

This teaching system consists of 3 training boards on the subject of power electronics. With the Power training board, you receive a demonstration and exercise system with which experiments in the entire field of power electronics can be carried out. With the Motor training board you get a controlled system that can be used in power electronics (Power Board), in control engineering (PID Board) as well as in communications engineering. With the Stepping training board you get a controlled system that can be used in power electronics as well as in digital control technology.

Note: The matching experiment instructions must be ordered separately.

Our products are designed for the European market and meet CE requirements. For international use, regional regulations apply which must be observed. The usability of the products shown must therefore be checked in advance.

Power training board

With the Power training board, we offer you a demonstration and training system with which experiments in the entire field of power electronics can be carried out.

  • All experiments with protective extra-low voltage (12 V)
  • Four-quadrant operation with H-circuit (MOS-FET) or antiparallel thyristor bridges

Motor training board

With the Motor training board we offer a controlled system that can be used in power electronics (POWER BOARD), in control engineering (PID BOARD) as well as in communications engineering (PLL).

  • Universal speed control system
  • Extendable by plug-in module for temperature and light control
  • With integrated four-quadrant display
  • With variable flywheel mass
  • Two-channel angle encoder
  • Built-in four-quadrant amplifier

Stepping training board

With the Stepping Board, we offer you a controlled system that can be used in power electronics as well as in digital control technology.

  • Universal controlled system for power electronics and digital technology
  • Use as synchronous motor and stepper motor
  • Digital angle and speed detection via pluggable reflection light barrier
  • Digital control inputs for both directions of rotation
  • With built-in phase shifter and control logic
  • Bipolar and unipolar operation of the stepper motor

To carry out experiments, the training board is placed on the table or hung in an A4 experiment rack for demonstration. The Power Board is also available in a box (see "Matching this").
